Refund policy

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. In some cases, we may offer the ability to return the item to us for a lesser restocking fee and then keep the balance as a store credit. To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with original packaging.  

We cannot accept a return on special ordered or custom items. 

Made-to-Order Items: Please note that some of the parts are made-to-order items, and the lead time for production is approximately 2-3 months. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as the parts are ready to ship. The estimated arrival times for Made-to-Order items are approximate and may be shortened depending on our production schedule. Feel free to contact us for more details.

We are committed to resolving any concerns directly and fairly. If you are not satisfied with your product or believe it is unacceptable, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and provide clear photos along with a brief description of the issue. If the return is approved, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. A full refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note: filing a chargeback without first contacting us and completing the return process may void your eligibility for a refund. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can assist you promptly and professionally.

Shipping is non refundable in either direction unless approved by JL Motoring. All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 15 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 15 days. All products shipped from the JL Motoring facility are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or USPS. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. All returnable items must be carefully packed in original packaging or better if the original packaging is not in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for their own protection. Refund will not be issued on returned merchandise that was damaged on the way back to JL Motoring. In such case, the customer will have to claim against the carrier through which the merchandise was shipped. JL Motoring does not take responsibility over buyer installation, modification, and unusual stress of the products. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products. JL Motoring is not responsible for any damages / lost incurred either directly or indirectly on the vehicles or operators/passengers within the vehicles.

DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.  If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return. We will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you may be required to purchase a replacement.
